Online orders
The cutoff time for orders is 12 pm the day before.
Orders can be collected from the shop or markets the next day. Pick-up from the shop from 7.30 am and at the markets from opening times.
The Beaches Markets orders must be placed before 12 pm Thursday,
Please note the minimum orders when purchasing.
Cancellations
Cancellations can be made by calling 9516 2411. We are unable to refund any costs for orders cancelled on the same day or after 1 pm.
Returns
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with one of our products, please call us immediately. If outside of business hours, please refrigerate the item and call us as soon as possible the following day.
We are unable to refund without receipt of actual purchase. Please allow for one week for your return to be processed.
If you have any issues, please call us and we will work to resolve your issue as soon as possible.
Allergens
Our products are made in an environment where cakes, pies and pastries that contain eggs, nuts, dairy, and gluten, are made and therefore may contain traces of these.
Serving and Storage
Pies and rolls can be stored in the fridge for 3 days or frozen for 4 weeks.
Most cakes are best eaten on the day that they are purchased but can be refrigerated. Remember to bring them to room temperature before serving.
Heating Instructions
Bake cold pies can be in a 160-Celsius oven for 15 – 20 minutes.
Bake frozen pies and rolls, in a 160-Celsius oven for 30 – 40 minutes.
